There are NO set up fees to transfer digital images, logos or content to set the coupon up for vendor review and approval. Paper color is available in white, gold or yellow. Placement of the coupons in the package are solely at the discretion of the publisher based on layout as best fits the mailing along with all other terms and conditions.
