Custom Print Projects - We specialize in custom forms, marketing pieces and business printing to meet every need.  With our graphical design and pre-print layout all in one office we can take your idea and move into the design process immediately.  It is a very simple and easy to follow process. 

Step 1 - Fill in the form and submit.

Step 2 - Attach any drawings, pictures or files related to your design if appropriate to estimates@myqualityprinter.com.  Images should be in 300dpi at a minimum for clarity and sharpness.  If you're not sure what your image is, don't worry, we check it and clean it up prior to any printing to provide the best look possible.  If you  don't have a drawing or picture don't worry, we can create it for you.  NO Fuss, NO Muss we make the process as easy as possible for our clients.

Please note these conditions pertain to  all custom print project review, estimates and orders. 

  • There is no cost or obligation for the review and proposal.
  • Open accounts are available for business clients.
  • 25% is collected at notice to proceed by credit card or check unless an account has been set up.
  • The balance for the project is collected at delivery of the project unless an account has been set up.
  • Files provided for estimates that have not been ordered are kept for 30 days only from date of review and estimate.  Files provided by clients after this date will be deleted.
  • The concept remains the property of the submitter as allowed by the Copyright laws of the United States (title 17, U.S. Code) with exclusions as identified.
  • It is the submitters responsibility to confirm that all images and pictures are public domain and or the exclusive property of the submitter as in My Quality Printer does not feel obligated to search ownership on each piece submitted for design review, proposal and or for an order.
  • Proofs are provided in a secured pdf format for review only and remain the property of My Quality Printer unless an order is placed for the printing projects.
  • Proofs are available for the submitters use if an order is not placed in an unsecured pdf format for a design fee of $95.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $295.00.
  • An initial project proof and a final project proof will be provided with each order.  Additional proofs and changes after proof will be completed at $95.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours charged.
